The upper 2 floors have three spacious bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, large kitchen with bar and dining area opening to the living area and sleeps 6. This is truly a home for entertaining and accommodating large gatherings. At the lower level 'casita' is a living area, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with 2 queen beds, a bath and can be entered through interior stairway or the separate entrance and sleeps 4. Additional information about rental rates

  • A 50% deposit of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation.
  • PAYMENT: The balance of 50% of the rent is due 30 days prior to the arrival date unless otherwise specified.

    CANCELLATION POLICY: All deposits are non-refundable. If medical reasons or special emergencies prevent the guest(s) from traveling, all monies on deposit will remain on account for a period of one year allowing the guests to re-book at a future date. Future rentals may or may not be of the same value depending on availability and season.



    RATES: Renters understand that all our Vacations Rental rates are subject to Costa Rican taxes -Sales taxes at 13%.
  • AMENITIES: For your convenience, linens and bath towels are provided as well as an initial setup of paper towels, bath soap, toilet paper and dish soap. It is understood that these are housekeeping units and it is the responsibility of the renter to provide for their own additional comforts and supplies.

    NOTE: An additional on-site Casita is available for rent; please inquire with owner for details and rates.

    CLEANING SERVICE: Maid service will be provided for basic housekeeping one time per week. (Special arrangements can be made for additional housekeeping services)



    PETS: There shall be no pets allowed on the premises unless otherwise agreed to by the Owner. If pets are permitted, there is a $500 pet deposit required and tenant shall be responsible for any damage caused by pets.

  • All the bedrooms are very spacious with nice closets for storage. The master bedroom has an incredible ocean view. There is also a large terrace outside the bedroom, great for early morning coffee. There is a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area to accommodate additional 2 guests.

Perfect for Holidays or Family Gatherings: This Villa is the perfect setting for your Holiday and Family Gatherings. The upper two floors are approximately 2600 sq. ft. The apartment or 'casita' at the lower level has a full kitchen, dining and living area. This home is ideal for two or three families travelling together! There are terraces at each all levels, with the lower level being very spacious and a great place to enjoy the pool and the view.

Beautiful View and Wonderful Experience

Our family stayed at Cacique Buena Vista for 2 weeks. We were mesmerized every evening by the picturesque sunsets - absolutely stunning! The villa is in Playa Hermosa, but very close to Playa del Coco where there is so much to do. We were also close to the many sightseeing/adventures available in Costa Rica.

We were a group of 8, and utilized the main house and the little apartment at the pool level. This was great because we had 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, so we were never crowded. We made breakfast each morning in the lower level kitchen and served by the pool. It was just fantastic.

We were very pleased with Milagro management who assisted us with anything we needed. We had the benefits of a hotel (concierge services), but the privacy of a home.

We hope to come back to Costa Rica soon and if at all possible plan to stay at Cacique again. Thanks!
