Located in a beautiful coastal town, 40 minutes north of Lisbon. Near highway. The apartment has the Atlantic Ocean View. 4 minutes walk to the beach. There are three of the best Portuguese surfing beach nearby. Golf course within view and walking distance. The Golf Mar Hotel within sight. The area has a designated bicycling track (Ciclovia) which is located just outside of the main street of the apartment. Many activities within walking distance of 5 minutes such as paragliding, hiking and trekking, swimming, scenic walk, golfing and cycling. The shooting ranch is located next town in Santa Cruz which is 5 minutes drive. For women who crave for relaxation and treatment, the Spa therapy centre is close by. *20 minutes drive to Berlengas Island Ferry (Peniche). *4 minutes walk to Beach Cafe/Restaurant. *The town is located between Estoril and Peniche. *This area has of one of the best fishermen gastronomy restaurants in Portugal.

This place was in a great location. A rental car is a necessity. Joanne is so great! She worked with us the whole trip through. The facilities are wonderful. Beautiful area, beautiful apartment, had everything we needed.

I would definately stay here again!!! The next time I am in Portugal, this is where I am staying!

Apartment at Santa Rita Portugal

Excellent accommodation in an ideal location. Less than 5 minutes from an amazing beach, with local amenities close at hand.
The apartment appears to be brand new with good quality appliances and plenty of space.
The owner provided excellent assistance by way of directions from Lisbon airport, and upon arrival we found the apartment to be clean with good quality towels and bed linen in place.
The building which the apartment is part of is secure with secure entry and the apartment had electric shutters to all windows, plus an amazing veranda.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wanted high class accommodation in an area of natural beauty but close to some first class bistros and cafes.
There are three bistros within 10 minutes walk all of which offered good quality food at a reasonable price.
The other major advantage was no parking charges for a car at the beach and since we were attending the World Championsihp Surf Kayak event this meant parking a car for 9 days.
