Waterfront Cottage with Private Beach & Amazing Sunsets & Fishing Spend a perfect fall day& n our very private beach cottage that faces west on a bluff overlooking Block Island Sound in Montauk, Long Island. This 2 bedroom, cedar-shingled “Nantucket Style” cottage features unbelievable waterfront views from all rooms - gardens with lots of flowers – a large deck - privacy hedges and spectacular sunsets. A lush green lawn runs right up to the bluffs and is perfect for parties or just lounging in the sun. But your very own private beach is only steps away and its crystal clear water is great for swimming, fishing and kayaking. For lifeguard-protected swimming and surfing some of Long Island’s most beautiful ocean beaches are a short drive from the house. The open and airy interior is beach-casual and has white-washed hardwood floors, a vaulted ceiling, wood-burning stove and lots of sliding glass doors and windows that provide great light and the most excellent views.
