This captivating property with views of Taylorsville Lake, offers a little something for everyone. The warmth of the Chalet offers all amenities of home. It is 3 Bedrooms and boasts a Large Master Suite with a King Size Bed and Bath. The other two bedrooms are on the main floor, with queen size beds in each. There is also another full bath. There is even room for more sleeping accommodations if desired. We also have a separate banquet/reception facility on the property. A couple of warnings about this property.

1. As you can see from the photos, this is a 3 story house. However, you are only renting the top 2 stories. The bottom story is an "office" and not being rented with this property. When we arrived we were surprised to see someone was sleeping in the office. We were told it was the "caretaker". This was unacceptable to us so we cancelled our reservation at that point.

2. If you decide to rent this property,be sure to use a credit card and be sure you get your cancellation policy in writing. Even though I did, the owners tried to not refund on the terms they had agreed upon. Having this in writing helped me to win my credit card dispute against them. I still lost my deposit, however.
Owner's Response: Documentation of such a review should be demanded. A dispute was never settled by the credit card company as a refund check was issued for the entire rental amount as promised before notification of any credit card dispute. The deposit terms are clearly stated. The caretaker has been asked not to nap in the basement storage area.The basement is in the process of renovations to make it livable in the future and not used as storage so there are no future misunderstandings. This will increase the number of bathrooms and bedrooms available for rent. I believe if the party had not so hastily left they would have discovered the most private and secluded lodging available and been pleasantly suprised.
