The area, because of its typical Parisian atmosphere, the bucolic surroundings of the Canal Saint Martin and the pleasant night life of the neighborhood, is one of the most popular areas of Parisians among all age groups. In close proximity (300 yards), is the Place de la République, the second largest square in Paris. Due to its size and geographic disposition, Place de la République is served by five metro lines and a large number of public transportation buses going in all directions of Paris. The Marais, an old historical area of Paris is on the south and East side of Place de la République. To the west of the square is the area called 'Grands Boulevards'. The area around the studio is rather busy at all times,well lighted at night and safe. Numerous stores, shops and restaurants are close by for all your daily shopping needs.

The building is protected by two security entrances with codes. The building has 14 floors, and served by two elevators. Entering the studio, there is an alcove with a closet on the right. To the left is the door for the toilet. Passing through another door one enters the main room. The 16m² room has two windows opening on a very large lawn area with no buildings in front of them. The studio is very bright and cheerful. To the right is the kitchen with its window, high table, bar stools, appliances and the equipment to cook meals. On the right of the main room is also the bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination, sink, towel warmer and washing/drying machine, iron and ironing board. The studio is centrally heated with central hot water. All furniture and equipment are new.
