Welcome to Nefeli Villas! Nefeli Villas is a brand new luxurious complex built in 2007 with one thing in mind: to enhance the experience of the sun and beach in Greece and provide you with the quality time you deserve in your vacations. The complex is located directly on the oceanfront providing a magnificent view of the seaside from each villa and access to a private sand beach, equipped with lounge chairs and sun umbrellas. There is private pier for all kind of boats available for all customers You can enjoy the beautiful Greek sea as well as the shared swimming pool, which is well secured from children.

Notes: In the living room there is an LCD TV with satellite receiver and a DVD player. Broadband Internet and stereo equipment with a CD player and Radio Tuner also provided. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, freezer, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine toaster and all necessary utensils for cooking. Washing machine and vacuum cleaner are provided. Linens and towels are provided in full for your comfort. There is a private garden with garden furniture and even a barbeque for you to enjoy. Cleaning lady is an extra cost for 40€ per visit, once is compulsory.

We spent three weeks in this beautiful villa, and only regreat we couldn't stay longer. The villa is completely new, and a part of a larger complex of simillar villas. On the plus side is also the guy appointed by the owner. He was very helpfull, giving his best to meet our needs. Major objection to the plase is the fact that some of the villas in the complex were still not finished completely, and someone might object for the noise construction machines were making, sometimes in the morning. The beach, which is just across the motorway, was not worth mentioning (although the beach bar was very nice) so we had to use the car on the daily basis to get to some more appealing and nicer beaches, which are pretty abundant on Kassandra. The nearest shops are few kilometers away, and having the car is really a must. But, when we draw a line, we would recommend the place to our friends looking for a nice place for a reasonable price.
