Take a step back in time - to a slower pace and a friendlier place. Our unit at Boca Grande North Club on gorgeous Gasparilla Island was completely renovated and upgraded in 2006. This is a Deluxe cozy 2BR/2BA condo with stunning views of the Bay and Gulf of Mexico. The master suite and living room have triple sliding glass doors with incredible views of Charlotte Harbor. The private screened balcony and lanai provide magnificent views and al fresco dining. The sunrises and sunsets are simply breathtaking. The condo is fully stocked with linens, towels, and the kitchen is loaded with appliances and utensils. Come prepared to relax; Everything is here but you. Boca Grande North is a well-maintained property with ample parking and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Nature and bikes paths, a heated pool, jacuzzi, and patio grilling and dining are only a few of the amenities offered.
