Wir waren jetzt schon 2 mal in diesem Ferienhaus. Man hat absolut seine Ruhe und das Grundstück ist so gut wie uneinsehbar. In Altea la Vella kann man wunderbar essen gehen, ein Auto ist allerdings für alle Aktivitäten, die man unternehmen möchte, unverzichtbar. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt und auch die Kontaktpersonen am Ferienort sind sehr freundlich.
Owner's Response: Auch Ihnen ,liebe Mieter, wünschen wir einen solchen
erholsamen und ruhigen Urlaub.Gleichzeitig geniessen
Sie die grüne Umgebung und ganzjährige Blütenpracht
in der unmittelbaren Umgebung und in der Gartenanlage.
Da die villa sehr ruhig aber nicht einsam gelegen ist,
benötigt man ein Auto,um Ausflüge zu machen.
Wenn man die lauen Sommernächte nicht auf den gross=
zügigen Terrassen am pool verbringen möchte,findet man auch alle Annehmlichkeiten für den gehobenen Anspruch
im Hause.
Ihnen einen angenehmen Urlaub!

Wir waren (2 E, 2 K) im Juli 2008 dort. Es war alles wunderbar, die Einrichtung des Hauses, die Begrünung, eine nette Verwalterin, der schöne Pool, vom TV über Spiele bis zum Fernglas alles da. Die Küche ist wie neu, alles top gepflegt. Wir kommen wieder!!

Urlaub im Dezember

Wir waren Anfang Dezember dort.
Durch den hohen Baumbestand ist es zu dieser Jahreszeit etwas schattig. Sonne nur von 11.00 - 15.00.
Man sollt unempfindlich gegen Hundegebell sein.
In den unterhalb vom Haus liegenden Reihenhäusern halten die Bewohner (Spanier) Ihre Hunde in Vorhöfen.
Die Tiere sind sich den ganzen Tag selbst überlassen und äußern Ihren Mißmut durch permanentes Gebell.
Owner's Response: Es stimmt:das Grundstück ist von viel Grün und
schönen alten Bäumen umgeben.Ausser vielleicht im
Winter ist man aber zu allen Jahreszeiten dankbar für
einige schattige Plätze unter einem grünen Dach.
Zudem tut das intensive Grün nicht nur dem Auge gut,
sondern auch der Lunge!
Es wäre doch ausgesprochen schade,wenn wir nun
alle den schönen alten Baumbestand abholzen würden,wie es leider in dieser Gegend schon weit verbreitet ist.
Natürlich gibt es-wie übrigens in jeder Urbanisation-
einige Hunde und manche bellen sogar!Aber während
meiner vielen Aufenthalte hielt sich das Hundegebell doch sehr in Grenzen.
Insgesamt empfinde ich meinen Urlaub in diesem
Feriendomizil immer als sehr beruhigend und erholsam.
