Our spacious, luxury 5/6 bedroom, 4 bathroom, fully air-conditioned villa with private screened heated swimming pool & spa sits in a superb position adjacent to the 18th green & is only a short walk to the club house, 1st tee & driving range, within the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Course. This is the perfect location for visiting all of Florida's famous attractions inc. Walt Disney World which is only a short 12 minute drive away, a 30 minute drive from Orlando Airport & 10 minute walk to local shops & restaurants Ground floor: Spacious lounge/dining room TV, DVD, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast room, Twin bedroom and full bathroom First floor: Master bedroom with king size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom, his & her basins, walk-in-shower. Bedroom 3, queen size bed, en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4, double bed, shared bathroom with Bedroom 5, twin beds. All bedrooms have large wardrobes with plenty of hanging space.

Our spacious luxury villa is ideally situated on the prestigious Highlands Golf Reserve located just off HW27 3 miles south from US192 . This is the main route and only a 12 minute drive to Disney World also it is the where the numerous variety of Restaurants, Shopping, Entertainment, Old Town Amusements, Air Boats and Dinner Shows such as Arabian Knights and Pirates (which is recommended for children) are located. Seaworld, Universal Studios, Wet & Wild and International Drive are approx 20-25 minutes away. Kennedy Space Centre is just over 90 minute drive East If you want something different Tampa is just over an hours drive (Busch Gardens) and a bit further on St Petersburg where you can go swimming and see dolphins in the wild. What more can you want from a holiday? Sun, Sea, Swimming with dolphins, Golf, Shopping, Mickey Mouse and Friends !

    Non refundable deposit of 25% to secure requested dates with payment in full 60 days prior to arrival date

    Pool heating recommended Oct-April at $25 per day or $150 per week
    Arrival time from 4pm Departure time no later than 10am
  • Cancellation Policy and Fees:
    Cancellation Fees are assessed as follows:
    The reservation deposit is non-refundable.
    In the event you need to cancel, we will hold your deposit for one year for future bookings.
    Cancellations made 31 to 60 days before arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the rental fee.
    Cancellations made 30 days or less are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rental fee.
    Cancellations must be submitted by e-mail or if in writing, the date of the postmark is used in determining the refund fees.
    We strongly recommend you have appropriate insurance cover.
