This condo was recently and completely renovated and is one of the finest, most beautiful condos of its size in all of Colorado. The owner of this condo rents this condo to people of discriminating taste who will take good care of it as if it were their own. This condo is a one-bedroom + den with sofabed, two-bathrooms, 900-square-foot unit; radiant, hydronic, in-floor heating system throughout the condo; travertine (a natural stone) and carpeted floors with Oriental rugs; wood-beamed ceiling with canned lighting system; sliding opaque-glass pocket-door systems to create privacy between rooms or the opaque-glass doors can be slid into pockets constructed in walls to open up the adjoining rooms.
