Dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, toaster, waffle maker, hand mixer, quality knives, space rack, coffee maker/coffee, and assortment of teas. High quality cookware, place settings for 12, glass and crystal barware.
Outside Deck and Laundry:
The Deck is the perfect place to relax in the sun with a tall drink. The deck railing is glass-paneled, providing an unhindered 180° (plus) view of the ocean. And there's nothing like feeling a slight ocean breeze rush past while you're relaxing in the hot tub. Large in-deck hot tub. 600 square foot glass-paneled outside deck running the entire length of the house. Safe, private stairs running from the home's deck to the beach. Covered portico with barbeque grill. Adirondack chairs for on-deck lounging. Rinse off beach sand with the convenient outdoor shower. Large clothes washer and dryer, large utility sink.
Other Policies:
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and Check-out is at 11:00 am. Must be at least 25 of years of age to rent.
To reserve your date, a Nonrefundable reservation deposit equal to first night rental plus tax or 30% of the total due, whichever is greater, and a completed rental reservation agreement is required. No reservation is considered confirmed until this is done. Balance due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Full refund (less the Nonrefundable deposit) will be sent to the registered guest if a cancellation is received more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date. If a cancellation is made, the non-refundable deposit can be used towards another reservation within one year if the cancellation is more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is made thirty (30) or less days prior to the check-in date, no refund will be given. No refunds will be made for late check-in or early departures or undesired weather.

Beach combing, kite flying, razor clamming, fishing, beach fires, sand castle building.
