This light, bright, spacious condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf is just steps away from the sugary white sands of the beach and the gentle waves. Picture yourself waking up in the king-sized bed in the master suite and looking out the sliding glass door, which accesses the balcony, to the sunrise over the ocean. Walk across the new Berber carpet to your private bathroom. Move to the large kitchen, with pantry, that is well organized and supplied and has many counter top appliances to make your morning coffee or smoothie. Wake your children from the twin beds in the third bedroom to join you for breakfast on the huge balcony that overlooks a new pool and gazebo as you plan your day.

Notes: Gather in the large den on the colorful sofa, love seat, or one of the several comfortable chairs to enjoy the 32' TV, DVD player, VHS player, or the play station. Escape to stretch out on the chaise lounge in the master bedroom with a good book if you prefer. Pack fewer clothes to play in since there's a full sized washer/dryer in the unit. Invite friends you make on the beach for dinner since the dining table seats six, plus there are 3 large bar stools at the long breakfast bar, bringing seating easily up to nine for meals. Take time to step from the den back onto the balcony to appreciate the gorgeous views of spectacular sunsets over the Gulf. Indulge yourselves at any of the many nearby restaurants. This is a no-smoking, no pet, but extremely kid friendly unit in a small building with only 35 units and a very private beach. Come soon for a great vacation getaway!

We stayed at this condo mid-July and loved it! It has a huge balcony with a table outside and plenty of chairs. The balcony overlooks the beach and the pool. From the masterbedroom I was awakened in the morning by the sounds of dolphins playing. It was wonderful! The condo is spacious and clean. It easily accomodated our family of six.It has an elevator for those who cannot climb stairs. The kitchen comes fully equipped. I especially enjoyed the blender for my smoothies in the morning. It also has a washer and dryer.It has a big screen TV and couches. The dinner table seats six and it also has overflow at the bar.The owners are very easy to work with and I would stay here again!
