The modern flat is in a very well cared house with elevator and 3 stores. The flat is in the first floor. There are two bedrooms, a combined living- and dining room with balcony and one bathroom with toilet, bidet, a bath tub and a washbasin. In the living room there is a couch, which you can use as a bed, a cupboard, a Sat-TV, a table with 6 seats. There is also an open kitchen with 4-ring cooking-stove, refrigerator and a washing machine. From the balcony, which is with a table and 4 seats, you have a great view to the near mountains. The swimming pool is only for the inhabitants. It is cleaned every day. Doctors, pharmacies and shopping-centres are near the flat. If you go by car, you are in the busy villages like Cambrils, Taragona and Salou in a few minutes.

Supermarkets, bakeries, sport-shops and also doctors and pharmacies are in the place near the flat. You can reach it without a car. There are many typical restaurants, bars and cafés, ice-cream parlours and a disco. Every Sunday there is a big market near the harbour. The wonderful beach with sand is only about 100 meters from the flat. There are showers, toilets and a kiosk. There is also a sportive harbour, where you can do many things like diving, sailing and fishing. On the beach you can rent pedal-boats.

Notes: The very clean pool is inside the house-area. There is grass where you can lay down and there are 2 showers outside. On the balcony there is a camping table and 4 seats. Specials: Famous Adventure Park called Port Aventura in Tarragona, Safari park and Aqua Park near. There are many possibilities for excursions and making sports but you can also relax and join the beach. Miami Playa you can reach by foot, also along the beach. Miami Playa is more busy and there are many restaurants. Near by there are the places Cambrils und Salou. The wonderful beach with fine sand is very good for little children. It is very close to the flat, only about 100 meters.

Excursions: Not far away there is the river Ebro, where you can go down by small boats. You can make riding trips by horse through the near mountains. You can go climbing, canyoning und biking there. There are some ruins of the Templars, you can visit. In Meravelles (ca. 30 km from the flat) there is a cove with famous stalagmites and stalactites.

Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit den Dingen, die man wirklich braucht, vor allem mit Waschmaschine. Mit den Rolladen ist es möglich gut abzudunkeln und auch die Hitze fernzuhalten. Der Balkon ist ein zusätzliches Wohnzimmer bzw. Esszimmer. Das Haus liegt sehr schön am Ortsrand. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Die Anlage und natürlich auch die Wohnung sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Für Kinder ist der Sandstrand herrlich und bietet auch die Möglickeit lange Spaziergänge an der Promenade zu machen. Die Gastronomie der Umgebung bietet eine Vielfalt und tolle Qualität, sowie Ambiente.

Sehr ruhige und saubere Anlage und Wohnung

Die Anlage und Wohnung ist am Ortsrand des historischen Kleinstädtchens Hospitalet gelegen und dennoch zentral. Zum Strand (sauber) sind es cirka 100 m, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns waren die Waschmaschine und Staubsauger wichtig, gekocht haben wir nicht, da wir sehr viel unterwegs waren. Ausflugstipps: Das bergige Hinterland mit seinen vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten: Burg Miravet am oberen Ebro (alte Templerburg), Castell Monestir de Sant Miquel, Kloster Poblet, die Städte Montblanc, Tortosa (Kathedrale), Reus und 100 km südlich die Burganlage von Peniscola. Für "km-Faule" gibt es natürlich auch am Standort vieles zu entdecken.
Im Juni 2009 wurde 3 Gehminuten vom Haus ein tolles Hallenbad eröffnet (mit 2 Innenbecken, einem Außenbecken, Fitnessgeräten und vielem mehr). Bei nicht so gutem Wetter kann man sich hier von 8.00 - 22.00 Uhr die Zeit vertreiben. Ebenfalls direkt dabei sind die Tennisplätze.
Allem in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und korrekt, alles hat ohne Komplikationen geklappt. Immer wieder!

Wir waren im Juli 2008 in der oben genannten Ferienwohnug. Die Ferienwohnung hat unseren Ewartungen voll und ganz getroffen.Die Innenausstattung unde Aussenbereich waren sehr geplegt und sauber.Klimanlage nach Anfrage buchbar.Der Vermieter hat uns über die Anlage gut informiert, und alle Vereinbarungen wurden ohne weiteren eingehalten.Der Strand war langläufig und nicht überfüllt,es gibt sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe leicht zu Fuß begehbar. Mehrere Lokals und Bars sind auch in der nähe ,sowie Wasser und Sportmöglichkeiten(z.B. Banannaboot, Tennis-Fußballplatz,Wasserski usw). Wir würden gerne wiederkommen, und jedem weiterempfehlen.

Eine sehr schöne, gepflegte Wohnung in einer schönen Wohnanlage mit gepflegtem Pool. Gute Wohnungsausstattung. Sehr angenehm, dass man alles zu Fuß erreichen / erledigen kann. Der Strand mit Promenade ist nur 100 m entfernt. Von dort erreicht man per Rundgang Hafen und Innenstadt. Ruhige Umgebung; sogar in der Hauptsaison nie überfüllt. Gerne wieder. Abwicklung mit der Vermieterin sehr freundlich und korrekt!

Sehr gute Lage, ruhige Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr nah zum Strand. Alle nötigen Besorgungen kann man zu Fuß erledigen, obwohl die Unterkunft am Ortsrand gelegen ist. Der Strand ist sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, es gab keinerlei Probleme.
