Close to restaurants within blocks and just 5 minutes to downtown Manhattan Beach and the Manhattan Beach Pier. Cable with 32' HDTV in Living Room, dvd and Internet. Bikes, Boogie Boards, Barbecue. Attached separate studio downstairs(#83) and 1 bedroom upstairs (#84) that can be rented optionally to make two upstairs- downstairs 1 bedrooms. 4 car PARKING. Just 10 min north of Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach and just south of Venice, Santa Monica and Malibu. All Ocean View. 5 minutes to LAX and 10 minutes to all major freeways to Hollywood (30min) and Disneyland (45min).
