Silver Shells consists of five condo buildings with two gulf front and three gulf view. St. Maarten is the only gulf front condo building that allows for weekly vacation rentals. St. Croix, St. Lucia, and St. Barth's are not direct gulf front rental buildings.
The main pool at Silver Shells is over 7,500 square feet and is complimented by a smaller children's pool. Silver Shells has many more amenities including tennis, basketball, cardio center, fitness center, and spa.
