Lovely updated, canal-front home! Two master suites, tiki hut, new hot tub and dock. Direct sail boat access to the river, 600 feet! Fifteen minutes by boat to Sanibel Island. Great, southeast Cape Coral location close to Cape Coral Bridge, tiki bar, and shopping. Boat rental is available. Spend some time in paradise! Home has all new furniture, 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Each master suite has an adjacent bath, one has a dressing area the other has a den/sitting area. Both masters have queen size beds, the third bedroom has twin beds.
