An exquisite tropical paradise home found on the north end of Longboat Key, Florida! Spacious home with large living area, cool terracotta tiled floors throughout and many big squishy, comfortable couches. Family room has all french doors on three sides to invite the warm gulf breezes to flow in which overlooks a large pool beside a canal that empties out into lovely Sarasota Bay. The kitchen has an island to prepare, fridge, stove, microwave, wine fridge. Dining room seats 6 with a beautiful bay window. Large laundry room with washer & dryer in house. Garage for one small car and driveway to hold two others. Five minute walk to the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and many wonderful restaurants on Longboat Key. Fifteen minutes south is St. Armand's Circle, a mecca for the shoppers with many small boutiques, cafes and restaurants. Tampa is an hour north with Busch Gardens and Adventure Island and main airport, & Orlando is two hours away with Disney and many other theme parks

My family and I just spent our summer vacation in this house. The moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The place is very cosy, extremely well maintained, comfortable and the decoration creates a very calm and relaxing beach house ambiance. It is located in a very quiet and friendly neighbourhood. We rented a boot at the nearby marina and enjoyed docking it right in the backyard. Longboat key is a great community, and a wonderful place to live or spend vacation. Lots of very good restaurants are to be found in the area. The shopper in you will also be completely satisified, you will find everything you need within a 15 minutes car ride. The same if you boat, fish or scuba dive, you will have it all there!
Don't hesitate to rent this property, you will not reget it! I know I will be back.

A tropical haven

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely home for three months - it is a haven of comfort and relaxation! My favourite memory is of waking up in the morning with the sunlight streaming into the master bedroom through the french doors open to the pool - you truly are in paradise. Cool terracotta tile floors and large, comfortable sofas, perfect for curling up and reading a book... very well equipped kitchen with all that you could need - I could not recommend this beautiful home more highly and the location is perfect! Close enough to Sarasota for the Ringling Museum, opera and theatre, Anna Maria for it's laid back Island style and beaches and Tampa for the parks and major shopping yet far enough to feel you are in paradise. Try it, you'll love it - just like I did!

The Ultimate Paradise!!!

My husband, daughter, and I stayed at this Longboat Key home for a month and will definately be returning! It is as quaint as it looks, in excellent condition, and immaculately kept! The location is perfect for beach lovers! We walked the Longboat beaches, the Lido Key beaches, as well as the Anna Marie Island beaches. I think these are some of the most beautiful beaches in the world! We shopped and dined at St Armand's Circle---even road bikes there one day for fun! There are too many great restuarants too mention, but outstanding ones include Euphemia Haye and Harry's Continental Kitchens! The owner was available for questions by phone every time I contacted her and more than willing to help and answer questions. I would definately recommend this to friends and family! Enjoy the treat!!

Stunning vacation home tucked away in the inner coastal waterways of Long Boat Key.

Cozy and clean, and filled with all of the amenities of home.
Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and beautifully decorated.
We loved to sit by the pool, visit the nearby white sand beaches (just a 3 minute walk), or take a 10 minute ride to Anna Maria Island to enjoy beautiful beaches, shopping and dining.
I would highly recommend this stay.
Very comfortable for a family.
The owner also provides brochures highlighting nearby dining and attractions in Tampa, Sarasota, and Anna Maria Island; there are plenty of activities for all ages.

We felt like we were in Paradise!
