Fabulous 5,000 sq. foot traditional in East Hampton, NY, located just minutes away from the villages and beaches of East Hampton and Sag Harbor. Grand entry, formal dining room, elegant living room with fireplace, huge open kitchen with professional appliances and marble counters. Large sun room with antique brick floor. Master suite with masonry fireplace, private deck, steam shower and claw foot tub. 2 additional bedrooms (1 room with twin beds/ one with bunk beds) with shared bath on same floor as Master. Additional bedroom on the main floor with private bathroom. Separate guest area with 2 bedrooms (3 queen beds) and shared bathroom. Beautiful heated gunite pool. 4 flat screen televisions, wii, play station, Bluray DVD player/Direct TV and 100 plus DVD movies. An indoor bouncy castle for rainy days!!! Great for kids! No Proms, graduations or parties.
