Perfect retreat!!!!

The house looked exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and very bright with nice modern amenities. There is a wonderful sun room on the house that has windows which open wide and ceiling fans. We loved this room for taking in the beautiful view of the lawn and pool while having breakfast and lounging around. The first floor guest room has a door that opens out to the sun room- which is a nice feature. The pool and spa were clean and heated with a convenient temperature control panel. We enjoyed using the pool toys also. The house had pool towels and luscious bath towels. The upstairs has a separate temperature control from downstairs which made our stay very comfortable. Our group was mostly family- half were in their 60's while the others were in their 30's. All of us enjoyed the house and property. We were a few miles from the heart of Sag Harbor. The owner was great with communication while planning our stay. Also, during our stay, the owner was so helpful with any question we had. They made sure we had everything we needed and even went out and bought a few items for the house that we requested for our use! We didn't want to leave. We would absolutely return to this property.
