The Minorcan style house is located in a peaceful villa settlement on a 1200 m² property with a slightly sloping location. The house has a living room, built-in kitchen and 2 bedrooms, each connected with bathrooms - it is designed for 4 people. All living rooms are facing the south and are well-lit, friendly and completely furnished. A shower in the inner courtyard is perfect for a welcome refreshment. The storage room and the garage have a lot of space for luggage or to store swimming material. For those who are hungry for the sun and like to watch boats, the large roof terrace offers an optimal platform with a 180 degree sea view. 5 patios around the house offer a lot of sunny and shaded areas, mostly with a sea view and combine house and garden. The garden offers a lawn, stone garden and natural areas with typical Minorcan plants. During the winter 2005/2006, the site was expanded by an 8x4 m swimming pool with a 30 m² patio.

Binibeca is located southeast of the island and is one of the most beautiful beaches in Minorca. A holiday home settlement with only detached houses on large properties arose directly on the coast. Organized mass tourism in the form of hotels or apartment complexes are nowhere to be found nearby. Our house is located on a peaceful side street on a 1200 m² property. In a 5-10 minute walk, you will find the shopping facilities and different restaurants with Minorcan, Spanish and international cuisine at a variety of prices. After a 350 m walk, you will reach a swimming bay with a wide beach and a small beach bar. Sant Lluis is about 5 km away, the island capital of Mahon 8 km. Both cities can be reached comfortably by bus. A car is not required, but recommended in order to discover the beautiful island, the beaches of the north and south coasts or the harbour cities.

  • The house usage is for a maximum of 4 people. The rental prices include the house utilities (electricity, water, gas, waste, etc.). The use of bedsheets and towels is also included in the rental price. Arrival is after 17:00. On your day of departure, the house must be completely clean by 10:00 - the final cleaning occurs after this. Usage times deviating from these are possible upon agreement. One-time additional costs: final cleaning: € 35 per person and leasing (mandatory). Periodic cleaning: € 55 per object and number (option). A security deposit is not charged. An additional cot/child's bed can be rented for €10 per day from the house management.

Sehr ruhige Lage und schöne Terrassen mit Weitblick.Der Pool ist ideal zum Schwimmen.Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer.Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber.Der Erholungswert ist sehr hoch.Wir haben nichts zu meckern.Jederzeit wieder, wenn wir nicht schon öfters auf Menorca gewesen wären.Das Haus und der Garten mit dem Poolbereich ist viel schöner und mehr bepflanzt, als im Internet zu sehen ist.Wir haben schöne Fotos gemacht.

Erholsamer Urlaub in traumhafter, ruhiger Lage

Wir haben mit einigem Wehmut von Menorca Abschied genommen. Unsere Tochter hat festgestellt, dass sie sich in Menorca verliebt hat. Dass es uns so gut gefallen hat, liegt aber nicht nur an dieser schönen Insel, sondern auch an Binibequer und diesem Ferienhaus. Sie will unbedingt im nächsten Jahr noch einmal hin.
Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Lage mit weitem Meerblick. Es weht immer eine erfrischende Brise. Andererseits ist der Strand in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Haus und Garten sind sind sehr praktisch gestaltet und bereiten dem Gast kaum Arbeit. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt.
Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr.

Seit vielen Jahren sind wir in diesem Haus Stammgast und fühlen uns immer sehr wohl. Die Lage des Hauses eignet sich hervorragend für einen Bade- und Erholungsurlaub. Zu einer wunderschönen Badebucht sind es etwa 10 Gehminuten. Von der Terasse genießt man einen herrlichen Meerblick. Auf unseren Küstenwanderungen (neue gut gekennzeichnete Wege) entdecken wir jedes Jahr neue tolle Badebuchten. Um die Insel kennenzulernen empfehlen wir auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen zu buchen. Auf der Insel gibt es auch einige gute Tapas-Lokale. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der näheren Umgebung.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage mit Überblick über das Meer. Es ist sehr ruhig und der Weg zum Strand kann bequem zu Fuss gemacht werden.
Das Haus ist sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet und bietet alles was man für einen schönen Ferienurlaub benötigt.
Wir haben tolle Ferien verbracht und uns trotz des eher schlechten Wetters gut erholt.
