2 beds 1bath.This renovated,fully furnished 2 bedroom is in the heart of lower Midtown on 8th Avenue between 30th and 31st Street.Located in a 3rd fl walk up building . The property features two equal sized bedrooms with brand new queen sized beds and a living room with a queen sleeper sofa. This property comfortably sleeps 6 people. There is a flat screen TV, Internet, phone for unlimited US calls, fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher and your own washer and dryer. Close to every thing walking distance from the Madison Square Gardens, Macy's, Time Square, Empire State building.You don't need even a cab to go around.The apartment has its own washer and dryer so there no need to pack a lot of clothing. The unit is very quiet as it is located in the back of the building overlooking a common courtyard. If you want to catch a boxing fight basketball or concert at Madison square garden it is just around the corner.

this place was honestly perfect. the location couldnt have been better, right in the middle of the city, close to lots of food and the transit system. The apartment was nice and clean upon arrival, it had tv, internet, laundry full kitchen, air conditioning etc. the owner was very cool and accommodating to our schedule of arrival etc. which made the process extremely easy and painless, good customer service! I would definitely recommend this place.

The location of this property was great. We were a party of 4 - two 30 something couples and we thought it was ideal. One block away from Madison Square Gardens and we only walked 4 blocks to see the July 4th fireworks!

The owner was extremely nice and helpful and I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.

The apartment was nice, the only thing I would say is that it could use a coat of paint because of the light colour walls.

good clean and quiet apartment the very much liked

After researching some hotels in the midtown that will accommodates 6 girls we realized that we better off to go with a 2 bed apartment .the apartment was great located in the best area as far as shopping, bars, clubs and more .walking distance to Macys, walking distance to H&M, Empire State Building, Time Square and anything we needed
we cooked and eaten inside which saved us a lot instead of eating out side breakfast Lunch and dinner which if you in a hotel you will have to eat out since there is no equipped kitchen
We will definitely book this apartment next time

Great 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment our family stay for the week we where 4 Guest
Very quiet and charming .the best location you can ever imagine walking distance from everything we rarely used mass transit and cabs only when we did sites at the downtown area.
Even then the subway station is just 25 meters from the apartment.
Highly recommended great for the price
