Sunny, quiet and stylish 30 m2 flat, newly refurbished by an architect, at the bottom of stairs next to Sacre Coeur. Live at Montmartre : just step out of the building, up the stairs next to the red door and you will be at the Sacré Coeur. Enjoy the view from one of the hot spots in Paris, have a coffee at one of the well know terrace, get lost in the streets of the Butte Montmartre. Our small but comfortable place has everything you will need to rest after a full day of Parisian life : contemporary bathroom, modern kitchen with dishwasher, dining area for 4. One double bed, one sofa bed (double). Bedroom can be separated from living area. Linen (sheets and towels) provided. Flat screen TV and DVD player (many DVDs and books in English). Free wireless Internet connection. Third floor. Easy access from subway (Chateau Rouge or Abesses). Many restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Market. Great and affordable place to explore Paris.

At the end of a walking small street becoming a flight of stairs leading to the Sacré Coeur, our apartment is near the metro Chateau Rouge, the bus 85 going to Louvre, Chatelet, Pont Neuf, Saint Michel, Saint Germain and Jardin du Luxembourg. Quiet neighborhood with the lively Montmartre feeling in the adjacent streets.

Wonderful owners, modern apartment, great location

We stayed in the Montmartre apartment with our family of four in early September, and we could not have asked for anything more. The location was great – it was right in the middle of historic Paris, a five minute walk to one of the central subway lines, and just a few meters from steps that led up to the Sacre Cœur, a well-known landmark in Paris. The apartment was on the third floor of an old but nice building and was itself completely new, with a comfortable bed and couch to sleep on and absolutely all the necessities taken care of by the very pleasant owners, who furnished the apartment beautifully and practically. The only negative thing we could say is that on the weekends loud parties could be heard from other tenants, but that is likely something that is inescapable when renting an apartment. If we were to go to Paris again we would not hesitate to stay there once more.

We stayed 4 days and had the time of our life. the location is great, every evening we went up the stairs to the Sacre Coeur, it was a tremendous way of ending a day of sightseeing in Paris. The flat is small but very convenient : lots of space in large closets, a very cute and modern bathroom. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen (brand new) full of equipments (I liked the dishwasher). The bakery, wine cellar and grocery shops all around the corner were a treat. And we appreciated the books in english and the maps left by the owner (who speaks english).
