Private 24 hr Live Guard, Gated High Security, Posh Private Island in Linda Isle, Newport Beach CA. Close to all--No traffic at all on Island. 4 bedroom, 3.5 Bath, two story house. Living room has a 10' wall of glass, a fireplace, and entrance to 700 square foot patio/deck on the water. The family room has a 10' wall of glass entrance to a 700 square foot patio/deck on the water. Massive 10' kitchen with all SS appliances, Wolf 8 burner stove, massive granite Island dining room, three fireplaces, massive master bedroom suite with full bathroom and large walk-in closet, fireplace, full wall of glass for the finest view of the water in front yard (or back) a few steps away, and lots of yachts!
