This well-equipped four bedroom family home sleeps 8 and is situated on the beautiful Indian Ridge development which is one of the closest to the Disney Resorts. Restaurants, supermarkets, shops and entertainments on H-192 are only five minutes by car and for those interested in golf, there are a number of pay and play courses close by including Polo Park and Falcons Fire.

Indian Ridge is one of the closest to the Disney theme and water parks being less than four miles/ten minutes from the resort gates. On your arrival, you will be struck by the areas open, green nature which makes up more than 20% of this single story development. The vast majority of homes are occupied by residents rather than noisy vacationers and the quiet environment provides a welcome and relaxing retreat after a busy day at the theme parks! The community facilities which include tennis courts, volley ball, baseball, a large heated community pool and children’s play area are within easy walking distance. Restaurants, supermarkets and other services are in plentiful supply on H192 which is a five minute drive. Access to I-4 is only two miles away providing a speedy route to Seaworld and Universal Studios. For visitors traveling to Florida by air, Indian Ridge is a 30 minute drive from Orlando International Airport and 45 minutes from Sanford Airport.

  • The master bedroom is furnished with a high quality solid oak suite. The adjoining en-suite shower room, which provides a further useful access to the pool area, also comprises a walk-in closet providing plenty of space for suitcases and clothes and his and hers sinks. Bedroom 2 is tastefully furnished with a queen bed and matching bedroom furniture and has plenty of closet space. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are Disney themed for our younger guests but have optional bed linen available for anyone who strongly objects to the Little Mermaid or Nemo! Again, there is plenty of closet space. These rooms are located away from the main living room area enabling Mum and Dad to watch TV in the evenings without disturbing the kids! There is a pack and play and high chair available for guests travelling with a baby.

Notes: Our home is equipped to a high specification and was tastefully refurbished in 2008/09. Its internal layout and light, airy feel comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. There are two separate lounge areas both with large LCD TVs and cable; hi-speed wireless internet and a hi-fi with CD player and i-pod dock. Telephone calls within the US and Canada are also included in the rental cost. The kitchen/breakfast area has an open vista over the large pool and attractive screened deck area. All appliances were replaced in 2009. Access to the private pool area is via sliding patio doors which are fitted with audible alarms for children's safety . The size and aspect of the pool deck means you can find sun or shade to relax in throughout the day. At night, the pool and deck area can be attractively lit. Pool heat is available for all or part of your stay (at extra cost) if required. Our home is managed by a management agent on Indian Ridge who can be available 24/7 if required.

We stayed in Mike and Julie's home in April 2009 for 14 nights. This was our second visit to Orlando but the first time we came we stayed in a hotel. We really appreciated the space inside and outside the house which was ideal for us and our 4 children. The kids particularly enjoyed the pool and the large TV and also made use of the recreation facilities across the road.

We did have a problem with the washing machine while we were there but the management company brought a replacement the same day which we thought was pretty good service.

The Parks were only 10 minutes away which was good news at the beginning and end of the day.

We thought that staying in this villa was good value for money and would recommend it as it is in a good location.

"Fabulous Villa" look no further

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this villa in May this year (2009). We have to say we were very impressed. The villa is in a lovely location, very central and within a lovely quite cul de sac. The villa itself gives the feeling of space and the layout was excellent, very luxurious and well thought out furnishings, giving the feeling of warmth and luxury. Fully equipped with everything you would ever need. The pool area is spacious and a fantastic spot to sit out day or night. We found it very peaceful and relaxing. The owners Mike and Julie were lovely and very helpful to us.
We have spent many holidays over the years in Florida and would not hesitate to book this villa on our next holiday. We would recommend this wonderful villa to anyone with a full guarantee they would not be disappointed.
