Annapolis holiday house

This is a three year old beautiful spacious home in a quiet wooded setting overlooking the Magothy River in Severna Park. The home includes two master suites: one on the main floor and one on the second floor. The second floor master suite has a jacuzzi tub and opens onto a second floor deck. Three other large bedrooms are on the second floor with one also opening to the second floor deck. Classic hardwood floors lead to carpeted bedrooms. A stone fireplace graces the living room and dining room which span the whole waterfront side of the house. French doors off the living room and dining room open out to a large screened in porch that is another room onto itself with indoor/outdoor carpeting, ceiling fans, a picnic table and outdoor furniture. With the porch doors open, the breeze off the river can be felt throughout the house. However, there is air conditioning for the really hot days. Tastefully decorated with warm bright colors and overstuffed furniture.
