Policies of Wellington Harbour House:
All weekly bookings will be secured with a $300 non-refundable deposit required for booking confirmation, at the time of booking. All weekend bookings will be secured with a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Full payment is required for all Wellington Harbour House reservations, prior to check-in.
Payment: Cash, Certified Cheques or Money Order.
Certified Cheques or Money Orders payable to Garfield Moore.
Security damage deposit of $250(cash) is also required when you receive the keys to the house. The damage deposit will be refundable at the end of the rental period providing no damage has been incurred. All clients are responsible for any damage. There will be a $40 cleaning charge applied if pots, pans & dishes are not cleaned prior to check-out.

The Wellington Harbour House offers a modern kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, including the refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, tea-kettle and coffee maker. The well equipped kitchen also includes dishes, cutlery, knives, cooking utensils, juice pitchers, pots and pans, dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish cloths and tea-towels. Enjoy meals in the dining area that seats 6 people or outside on the deck.
