Enjoy an old fully renovated apartment in the historical romantic center of the city. 500 m from the lake of Annecy and 30 km from ski resorts. You're located just near the restaurants, museum and shops. From the living room, you can enjoy the view of the canal just in front of the apartment. The most famous monument of Annecy, wich is called Palais de l'Isle is just in front of you! The apartment has been entirely refurbished in 2009.

Annecy is a charming town in the French Alps. The city is famous for the canals (it is called the Venice of the Alps) and the lake, which is one of the purest in Europe. You can enjoy either the restaurants, shopping, monuments or the nature all around, which combines the pleasure of the lake and the mountains. It's a perfect place to visit also Chamonix and Geneva (1 hour from Annecy). In winter you can reach several lovely ski resorts (La Clusaz, le Grand Bornand..) in less than an hour or every other big resorts of the Alps.
