Secluded, charming house in historic Sag Harbor New York. Three bedrooms on two floors and 2 full baths, living room, dining room, and kitchen, furnished outdoor patio and shower. The house is situated on a 3/4 acre lot back 75 feet from the entry road which ensures extra privacy. It is a 12 minute walk to main street, ten minute drive to ocean beaches and a five minute drive to bay beaches. All of this is easily bikeable as well. Close to the Long Pond Green Belt for hiking trails, Morton Wildlife refuge for birding, and miles and miles of beaches. A quiet elegant setting from which to explore the many diverse and stimulating activities found on the East End of Long Island.
