An air conditioned Sun Room overlooks the intracoastal complete with card table, piano & full size sleeper sofa which leads outside to a 10 x 10 beautifully tiled deck with both an ocean view and intra coastal view. A second, even larger deck awaits our guests atop another staircase with absolutely breathtaking views of both the ocean & the intra--coastal waterway. A deck rail bar is located here for our guests and chaise lounges for sunbathing in paradise!

Huge, Oversized 2 car garage with dual garage door openers plus a huge 23 foot wide by 62 foot long driveway! Plenty of room for RV's, boats, trailers or many cars or motorcycles. A Private outside shower is located nearby for convenience after frolicking on the beach & a basketball hoop adorns the side driveway for many games of hoops if you wish. Located indoors from the garage is the Fitness Room / weight room with equipment for working out and a beautiful half bath, a laundry room with a full size washer, dryer & laundry tub.
