-Large Bayfront Home with Heated Pool - Islamorada is the 'Fishing Capital of the World'...Fishing Guides available. -Very private and secluded also fenced -Single private home with 110 feet of Bayfront -3 Bedrooms,3 full baths plus den -Large Master bedroom with King bed and full water view -Second room also with full water view and Queen bed -Third room with a Queen size bed -Den with 2 twin beds -Fully furnished and equipped...towels..linens...pots..pans..dishes.. -Ample parking and Tropical landscaping -About one hour drive from Miami,MM 90 -Over 2800 sq.feet of living space Championship Kettler ping pong table...wet bar No smoking on premises We do not rent the house for weddings...receptions..family reunions...etc We do not rent to students...only to responsable working adults We have 40 f.of dockage for your boat and a 12f.wide ramp plus fenced space for your boat trailer We welcome kayacks and canoes...but we do not take jet-skies or waverunners or similar

    Price and cleaning fee depends on dates and amount of people....so let us know if you will have additional overnight guest.
    We do not have cribs...gates...childproof locks..gated pool/dock etc...so.. we do not take children under 12 years old.Please give us your childen ages to make sure that we can meet your needs.
