This 1350 square foot condominium is in great condition and has southeastern exposures with some of the best ocean views in the area. Property is is comfortably equipped for a fine vacation, you only need to bring a bathing suit and tennis racket. Watch the ocean change shape and color every day of your stay. The living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom all have an outstanding view. It is designed as a Great Room with open space and lots of light. Parking is underground, so your car is safe from the salt air. Master bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet and very large bathroom. The guest room is very large with two twin beds, sitting area and access to the second bath. Sea Oaks is a resort gated community with both a Beach Club and Tennis Center. Beach Club has both formal and casual dining rooms. It also has a large oceanfront pool with food and beverage service. Club location is next to condo. Tennis Club has 16 Har Tru clay courts and a brand new fitness center.
