Newly furnished in 2009, spacious (1,700 sq. ft. under A/C & 1,950 sq. ft. total) END UNIT on the 4TH floor, with windows on three sides (light, bright & airy) and 2 covered balconies with seating areas (one is screened). SPECTACULAR treetop view of thousands of acres of nature preserve/estuary to the west and south (incredible sunsets!), ocean view to the east (so close you can hear the ocean). Bring your binoculars to enjoy nature & bird watching from your balcony. This condo wraps around the entire south end of building 5 and is located in the north end of Oceanwalk, directly on the nature preserve, well away from the construction occurring at the south end of Oceanwalk, and set back from the street, too. Miles and miles of one of the most beautiful, wide white sand beaches in Florida is located directly across the street. New Smyrna Beach has been voted one of Florida's Top Ten Beaches, and its historic downtown is known for its quaint shops, great restaurants, 1920s drugstore with a real soda fountain, and numerous art galleries. It was named one of the '100 Best Small Art Towns in America.' Orlando area attractions are a little over an hour away, including Walt Disney World, Universal Florida, Sea World, and Kennedy Space Center. Daytona Beach and its International Speedway is about 20 minutes away. Getting here is easy. Orlando International Airport is located about 65 miles to the south, via Interstate 4. From I-4 or I-95, take the New Smyrna Beach exit (State Road 44 east) which becomes A1A and leads directly to Oceanwalk. Other nearby airports include Daytona Beach (about 15 miles north) and Sanford Orlando International Airport (about 35 miles south).

This condo is the Best condo in New Smyrna. It has everything-open, roomy, comfortable plus decorated very pretty. All the things you need are there, very well maintained & clean. A great pool area with exercise equipment. We reserved the movie theater, lots of fun. You can get umbrellas, beach chairs & sports equipment by simply reserving them (free). Lots of things to do in New Smyrna, go to Canerval Seashore as a must-clean quite beaches. We liked JBs Fish Camp to eat. Also try the Water Taxi or Eco tours. Jan was great to work with, made our visit a perfect getaway. We highly recommend this condo - Six from Texas
