This is the one for you. Brand new, finished in February 09, Southgate Village condo is just 5 miles south of town. Just past the Koa & before the grand arena. Close to everything with out any hassle of getting in and out. Our home features master bedroom with king, 2 additional queen bedrooms, 1 full queen sofa pull out bed. Our home can easily sleep 8 if there are 2 people in each bed. Master shower has dual shower heads, as well as second full bath, and nice half bath on main level. Beautiful stained concrete floors, plush carpet, stone adorns the shower walls & floors. Master bedroom also features huge walk out balcony. kitchen is fully equipped should you want to stay in for dinner, gas bbq grill on walk out patio off the kitchen, brand new appliances, sheets & towels provided for your stay. Washer & dryer ready to be used. Our bar seats 4 & the table seats 4 as well. Oversized Garage with huge 8 foot door, so no worries about hitting the top of your giant JEEP. Plenty of parking.

Notes: This is a very kid friendly place, play room under the stairs it has its own private little door. they can watch movies on your dvd player, play games, or nintendo dsi. The playroom is totally a place of their own & its huge. Kids can sit at the bar to eat so you have access for all their needs. This is a totally non smoking unit as all most luxury condos, feel free to smoke outside. We love pets, but we don't allow them. My kids suffer from allergies.
