This home is located on 1.2 acres; there is an 80 foot long dock to watch sunsets from, dock your boat at (included) or swim from. Lake Wequaket is pristine, fresh water lake fed by underground springs with 9.5 miles of shoreline to explore. Massachusetts stocks this lake with fish. We provide a canoe, paddles, a paddle-boat and life jackets for your further enjoyment. Lawn areas are available for sitting, playing games, volleyball, badminton, etc. Designed as a family retreat and in one family for the past 65 years, this site is available for rent for only the second summer.
