3 bedroom home on a quiet cul-de-sac on a 1/4 acre property within 12 minute walking distance to the Disneyland Resort & the Anaheim Convention Center. Supplied kitchen, laundry, living room air conditioning, and jacuzzi bath. Enjoy herb gardens & fruit trees when in season within a large backyard relaxing area. Plenty of backyard lawn area for play & croquet or sun bathing around our natural stone and gardens with a metal gate separating the Kitchen stone patio from the pool area with a key provided. Orange County central location to visit Hollywood, LA Art Museums, Universal Studios 45 minute drive away, as well as the Mountain Resorts and the entertainment of San Diego.

Fantastic Rental Experience !

This home is much nicer and better appointed than the pictures on the rental advertisement. The owners have put so much time and effort into this home it was unbelievable that the rental price was so reasonable. The landscaping is beautiful and you can spend a lot of time just sitting around looking at it. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and everybody keeps thier property up. You can go out walking at any hour without feeling apprehensive about the area. The neighbors on both sides are friendly and came over to introduce themselves and just converse with us. The owners made us feel at home. After a few hours you actually feel at home and as if you belonged there. The only negative thing I could say is there wasn't enough time to enjoy the home and see everything else in the ten days we were there.
Disneyland is a short couple of block walk and some in our party walked there a number of times. There is ample parking at the home and at the businesses around Disney. The home is far enough south of L.A. so you don't have to worry about the wildfires and yet is central to all the things you may want to see such as Legoland, Hollywood, Knotts Berry Farm, the wine producing vinyards, Surf City and many more places. The owners left lots of brochures, directions to local stores and plenty of value type information in the house for us to read. If it seems I was totally impressed with this home, I was ! The best testimonial I can leave is this. I will rent this house again on my next visit if it is available, if not I will adjust my vacation time until it is! I have left my email address and phone number with the owners if any prospective renters would like to discuss the property.

Absolutly wonderful. The home, the landscaping, and the pool were breathtaking. We enjoyed our visit and actually miss it in California. The owners, Craig and Lynn were absolutly wonderful. Anything we needed, they were right there and more. I would come back again and again. I would refrer this home to everyone.

We stayed at this house 3 nights. It was too small for the 9 of us. If sleeping comfortably is important to you, then this house is ok for one couple only. most of the extra bed and opening sofas are very uncomfortable. Pool and back yard are great. Owner is very nice and helpful. A/C only in leaving room, very loud and not very useful. Window screens were very dirty and considering you want to open the windows, this is important.
