The house has expansive terraces and a 2000 m² Mediterranean garden, it is located in a unique coastal region with a panorama open sea, mountain and nature view. The (5x10m) salt water pool. You can hear the sounds and see the shimmering of the sea. Charming bays (pebbles and full of oysters) are located nearby, kilometre long beaches are only 4 km away. The property is securely enclosed and is an oasis of tranquillity in nature. The house belongs to a small urbanisation with 12 villas. The resort 4 km away offers everything needed for a successful holiday: bars and restaurants, shops and hotels, marina and disco, water sports, tennis, fishing, hiking, cycling, excursions. A hiking path leads directly past the house and along the sea. The final 2 km of the drive there is on a (non-paved) earth street. We would be happy to send you our 2 page house brochure.

Hiking paths lead directly past the house along the sea and into the mountains.

Entspannung pur...geniessen....relaxen.....faulenzen...etc.
Meeresrauschen, Vogelgezwitscher in allen Varianten und die Frösche......der Garten mit Teich und alle Arten von Blüeten und Palmen....einmalig.
Das Haus ist grosszügig und modern eingerichtet (sehr
pflegeleicht) es ist alles vorhanden...die Aussendusche
ist genial....das Meerwasser-Schwimmbad, mit Sicht auf das tolle Meer ein Erlebnis....wir kommen sicher wieder.
Sogar eine eigene Bucht....zum Fischen ideal. Das nahe Dorf ist reizend mit ausgezeichneten Restaurants und immer freien Parkplätzen...Valencia ist nahe und eine Reise wert....
Bei Vollmond in diesem herrlichen Anwesen, kann man sich wieder neu verlieben....

*im Netz betrachtet - wunderschön / die Realität - ein Traum - wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben - man sollte allerdings Tiergeräusche mögen (Frösche / Vögel) man befindet sich schliesslich in einem Naturschutzgebiet
*Das Haus ist super gepflegt - es ist alles da, ob in der Küche, auf der Terasse oder am Pool zum relaxen
*Die Vermieter informieren zeitnah über alles wissenswerte und auch im Haus sind jede Menge Infos über die Umgebung zu finden. Nach Ankunft gab es einen Anruf der Vermieterin ob man zufrieden ist!! Toll!!
*Wir werden garantiert wiederkommen und auch gerne weiteremfehlen.

Unser Urlaub war wirklich einfach nur super.Das lag bestimmt auch an unserer guten Unterkunft.So guten Komfort hatten wir schon lange nicht mehr.War einfach alles vorhanden und auch sehr gepflegt und sauber.Der Pool mit Meerwasser war der Hit.Wunderschön.
