This spacious two bedroom, two full bath, Condo is centrally located in Dillon, CO. It is located on the second floor with plenty of parking and offers a wood burning fireplace, lots of windows, open kitchen area and deck with sitting area. There is also an indoor pool and hot tub on site. It has views of Lake Dillon and Keystone Mountain, as well as views of Dillon. Located directly across from Dillon Amphitheatre and within walking distance of multiple restaurants. Paved bike trails run right in front to Keystone, Breckenridge and Vail. 5 Miles from Keystone, 7 miles from Copper Mountain, 9 miles from A Basin, 12 Miles from Breckenridge, and 35 miles from Vail. Sheets and Towels provided. Note: On-site manager is located directly below this unit. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am

Very Welcoming and Lovely

Our family of five had a wonderful stay here. The condo was furnished nicely and very, very clean. The location was directly beside beautiful Lake Dillon and our children ages 10, 8 and 4 loved the playground and swimming pool. Dillon is close to many nearby tourist spots, we had plenty of things to see and do. Thank you to the hospitable owner. We would recommend this spot for any traveler, particularly families.

Good vacations become Great vacations when the wife and kids are comfortable, entertained, and happy. This condo was perfect - the two bedroom layout gave our family of four the space we needed and it was the perfect location with the playground and pool for the kids, and the walking and biking paths for the wife and I. There was a laundry mat directly across the street and nice shops within walking distance to get the morning paper and coffee. The grocery store was less than a half mile away as well. The condo was very clean, well stocked, and allowed us to spread out and have some space after being in the car for days! The gas grill on the deck and the stone fireplace added to the comforts. Red Mountain Grill, Dillon Brewery, and all the Outlets are right down the street. Very convenient to everything you could ever need and right on the free bus line for skiing days or when public transportation is desired. We'll be back for sure!
