Luxury new condo - built Oct 2008. Kitchen with granite countertops, is tastefully decorated, and fully equipped. Kitchen is open to dining area and to living room. Spacious balcony off dining area, with patio set and Weber propane grill. Living room with leather furniture, stone fireplace, flat screen TV, DirectTV/Satellite, DVD player, stereo w/IPod connection. Free WiFi. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds and are decorated in the way of Colorado life. Two full baths both w/ in floor radiant heat (one bath in the master bedroom and one in hall directly across from second bedroom). Laundry room has washer and dryer. Commons Area w/Pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Our condo is located in the heart of Winter Park, along the free bus line. Shops and restaurants are also within walking distance.

Located downtown Winter Park, with Hide Away Park in our backyard. The Park has a playground, skate park, eternal fire pits, and in the winter a wonderful sledding hill. Concerts and Festivals are held here through out the summer. The slopes and shops of Winter Park Ski resort are less than 5 miles, and we are located on the free shuttle route. The town of Winter Park has many great shops and restaurants, within an easy walk. Also nearby is the town of Tabernash, Granby, and Grand Lake. Each of these towns have their own unique personality, all with tasty restaurants, shopping and antique stores. We are just 30 miles to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, a fun day trip/sight seeing drive thru the park provides for some great photo shots...
