This 400 square foot totally renovated cottage is situated in idealic solitude on a small pond fed by the Long Pond Brook in a circle of tall pine trees and a small lawn. Many paths to hike and hiil sides to climb. A small dam on the pond has a wooden bridge you sit on or as a startinfg point for walks in many directions. At the same time the cottage is part of a 50 acre property about a 1/3 mile down a driveway off busy Division Street, a easy drvie to Tangelwood or downtown Great Barrington.

Just the thing for a couple who wants to get away - even room for a third person (child) on the sofa bed. In the woods, away from the worries of the daily world. Inexpensive but high quality.
