Our estate is located on a hill with a magnificent view of the untouched landscape around Pisa. Tastefully restored and furnished, our house allows a tranquil and uplifting stay, not far from Florence, Pisa, Voltera, Sienna and the beaches of the Riviera.

Toraglia Dependence, is a newly renovate little house that lies on the southern edge of the Podere Toraglia hills. Our little cottage is close to the main house and shares a common swimming pool however, it has a private entrance and a completely separate green lawn. The two storey building has on its front side a beautiful terracotta terrace overlooking the enchanting pisan hills. On the ground floor is a sunny living room with a huge fireplace, a cooking corner and a little bathroom with shower. You reach the upper floor through a traditional outdoor staircase; on this floor is the sleeping room with fireplace, terracotta floor, and wooden beam ceiling, near by the bathroom with bathtub and an old beautiful stone basin. Toraglia Dependence, with its romantic and cosy character, will be an unforgettable discovery.

The Podere Toraglia is a beautiful place if you are looking for something really Italian: an old charming house with beautiful details. Don't expect luxury but everything you need is there. The rooms are big and clean also the bathrooms. There is a swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing when it is 35 degrees in summer. The pool man cleans it everyday. The environment is amazing. If you want to do some shopping for food: 15 min by car you can find the 'Lidl '. The housekeeper will help you as much as she can if you need some help. From Lorenzana you can make beautiful city trips (Pisa, Firenze,..)It was our first time in Italy and the Podere Toraglia but we will be back next year! As my son- 8 years old -said: 'this is a place where you can clear your head'. Need to say more??
