Photos and Description of this Taghazout holiday house home beaches a few min. walking

This newly built Moorish-style house is located on a slope directly on the coast. The top floor apartment has ground floor entrances, showers and terraces. The salon, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living-room with fireplace are located on the lower floor. Two terraces and a garden lead to the smooth cliffs. The own beach is a three-minute walk away. You may occasionally go for a swim in front of the house (depends on wave). You can see all kind of birds (cormorant, ibis, orcas) and dolphins. There is just nature on landsite, no buildings. People use candle light. A romantic place so close to the sea that you feel like on a ship. You find long sand beaches and bays around. We recommend exciting excurses to Essaouira, Marrakech or Taroudant with the Castle Salam with 1001 nights' atmosphere, tropical gardens, 2 swimming-pools. Sight-seeing with caleche or a mountain tour through palm valleys to Immouzer.

Casa Mona is a ten-minute walk from the fishing village of Taghazout. It is located on a quiet cove in the midst of a natural paradise, which has long sandy beaches and cafes. 15-minute drive (22 km) away is Agadir with all features of a big city. You can find there discos, shops, supermarket, promenades, free entrance to all hotels with bars and pools. Live among the Berbers and at the same time be close to the city. A part of the proceeds is dedicated to the charity of the Catholic church in Agadir (no develop. social system). For wellness, massage with Argana oil, swimming pool you find in some Hotels in Agadir. For example in Sheraton Hotel, Palm Beach, Tikida Beach, where you even find a sea water swimming pool. You can use it for free. Incl. in the house price is a reliable house maid, who cleans and cooks for you. Notes: Our king size beds upstairs are 2.10 m x 1.60 m - downstairs it has 2 x 2 m. Everything is there: towels, beach-towels, laundry, spices, tea etc. There is a big supermarket 'Marjane' in Agadir where you can buy all kind of food, alcohol, clothes, drugstore etc. Remember that you are in a Muslim country. So in Taghazout there is no alcohol to buy. You find everything in Agadir. (big fridge and freezer next to the kitchen). The daily food you find in Taghazout very cheap. Oranges, olives, bananas grow in this area and are always fresh. Our housemaid provides you with fresh fish; her brother is a fisher man. She cooks a wonderful traditionally 'Tagine'. Friday you eat cous cous which she prepares with chicken or with beef.

Further Details: There is a ranch with horse riding lessons for both beginners and the experienced. There are trekking-tours to the high Atlas. You can do Camel riding in Taghazout beach or in Agadir. Golf (27 holes) close by. The best of Morocco is in Ben Sergao (approx. 20 min). Madraba is the hottest spot for surfers worldwide. Eurosport TV channel broadcast that Madraba is the 7th best loc. for surfers coming from Australia, New Zeeland, Canada, California etc. Don't panic! No mass tourism. We organize your excursion to Marrakech (260), over night in the old Medina 'Ryad Marhbabikoum' www.marhbabikoum.com and a safari tour, visit the old Kasbahs the set of Orson Welles’s and others' movies e.g.' Sodom and Gomorrah' or 'The ten commandments. Taroudannt and its Castle Salam, with exotic gardens and an atmosphere like 1001 nights and exotic food (fish-Tagine); take a coach for sightseeing this old city with its old city wall. Or go to the waterfalls in Immouzer, marvellous landscape with palm valleys

Golf: There are 4 golf courses close by with 27 holes. The best of Morocco in Ben Sergao is a 20 min drive.

Hi

We stayed for a week in March. The house is obsolutley gorgeous.. Right on the beach ( as the pictures show) . It was so nice sitting out at night on our own balcony watching the waves.

Inside is far better than any where i have ever stayed in Agadir, Very clean and tidy and with every thing you could possible want. Towels, full cooking facilities, cutlery, spices etc . Very traditional and also so comfortable

We went with children aged 3 and 7 and whilst i was a lil worried about the rocks, they were perfectly safe. CHildren really didnt want to leave and neither did we.

If i could leave tomorrow and move to Morocco, I would buy this house.. It truley is fantastic

Will most def be going back :-)

Wir durften eine Woche in dem entzückenden Haus am Meer unseren Urlaub verbringen. Die Vorfreude war schon riesig groß und wurde nicht enttäuscht, als uns Fatima, das Hausmädchen, die Tür öffnete. Individuell nach dem künstlerischen Geschmack der Eigentümerin und dabei ganz marokkanisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den größten Teil unseres Urlaubes mit "Nichtstun" verbracht. Die Terrassen, wenige Meter über dem Atlantik, luden uns regelrecht dazu ein: Lesen, Schwimmen, in den Tag hineinträumen- so kann Urlaub sein. In der Nacht einschlafen mit dem sanften Rauschen der Meereswellen und morgens ebenso aufwachen.
Fatima verwöhnte uns mit schmackhaften marokkanischem Essen.
Danke für den schönen Urlaub an die Vermieterin, die es auch versteht, ihre Gäste mit wertvollen Informationen zu versorgen und bemüht ist, diesen einen unvergesslichen Urlaub zu gewährleisten.

eine wunderschöne woche an der wilden atlantikküste von marokko. einfach nur entspannen und der brandung lauschen und den wellenreitern zusehen. fatima ist eine tolle köchin. man sollte ihre dienste so oft es geht in anspruch nehmen.

Ein bezauberndes Haus in unvergleichlicher Lage. Unbedingt zu empfehlen ist die Küche von Fatima (dem Hausmädchen) und auch die empfohlene Autovermietung Palace car.

Traumhaus in einzigartiger Lage...

Wir waren im September 2009 nun das fünfte Mal im Casa Mona und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die einmalige Lage, das gepflegte und liebevoll eingerichtete Haus mit den beiden Terassen (wir können immer noch nicht entscheiden, welche uns am besten gefällt) lässt uns stets einen wunderschönen Urlaub in ruhiger und privater Atmosphäre erleben - diesmal mit meinen Eltern, die auch beigeistert waren. Das Hausmädchen Fatima mit ihren Koch- und Backkünsten verwöhnte uns täglich. Wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern und konnten die 12 Tage mit Lesen und Nichtstun genießen. Die perfekte und zuverlässige Betreuung durch die Vermieter lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die von den Vermietern organisierte Autovermietung ist stets zuverlässig und pünktlich. Wir werden auch ein nächstes Mal unseren Urlaub im Casa Mona verbringen.
Danke für die schönen Zeiten, die wir bisher dort verbracht haben.
