The Governor's House is situated on the highest point in Lee County, Florida, on the gorgeous island of Useppa, offering 360 degree views of the entire island, ocean and neighboring islands. The house is built on three levels, featuring a large Master Bedroom with high vaulted ceilings and a very large and intimate balcony that both overlook all sides of the island. The Master Bedroom's signature bed and colonial decoration make this room most comfortable and enjoyable. The room is equipped with a TV. Just below the Master Bedroom are two rooms, one with a king size bed, a desk, phone and internet DSL connection, the other with a trundle bed and two cribs, perfect for your youngest guests. The lower level has three bedrooms, two of which have queen size beds (one with a TV) and one that has two bunk beds thus enabling four children to sleep comfortably. A den is also found at this level with a TV, pull-out-couch and armchairs. The middle level has a very large open floor plan.
