Centrally located in Chemainus, the town famous for its historical and magical murals, this exciting turn of the century, 3 level character home, surrounded by fruit trees, offers 3,000 sq ft. of beautifully renovated living space, with original fir floors, cathedral ceilings, spiral staircases and skylights. Top floor bedroom is 21 x 16 with en suite and breathtaking ocean view balcony. The main floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, spacious open plan kitchen with dining area and lounge, all opening onto the wraparound veranda with gazebo and BBQ. Ground floor has 3 double bedrooms and spacious family room, 34 x 16, with cozy pellet stove. There are two driveways wide enough for boats and RVs and a double garage, perfect for storing and working on bikes, kayaks or diving equipment.
