Relaxing family getaway 70 miles from the Portland Metro in one of the most desirable locations on the Oregon coast. This spacious, light, nautical-themed home offers a cozy weekend or longer retreat and many recreational options. Located 7 miles north of Lincoln City, and 30 miles south of Tillamook in private gated community with beach access(1 block to beach), shopping and entertainment nearby. Wildlife viewing, deep-sea fishing, rafting and nearby bike trails provide many opportunities. Guests may enjoy a good book by the fire or on the warm, sunny deck. Have fun with your kids climbing Proposal Rock, beach combing, building in the sand, whale watching, hiking the Cascade Head Conservancy wildlife reserve, visiting the general store, and dining at the local Hawk Creek Café. Oregon Aquarium is located 30 miles south in Newport. Several Golf courses and tennis clubs in nearby Lincoln City. Bring your kites!

This house is a 2 short blocks to the beach in a private beach community with gated access. Neskowin is rich in local wildlife, such as otters, trout, and herons, and yet close to amenities such as shopping, art galleries and restaurants in Pacific City 5 miles to the north, and Lincoln City 7 miles to the south. The Sitka Art center is known for hosting many artists. Beachcomb and look for agates at the private south beach. Enjoy wine-tasting of Oregon Wine country (McMinnville) vintners or locally-brewed beer in Pacific City. Kayak or motor on nearby Nestucca River, Wilson River or Salmon rivers. Enjoy the beaches at Devil's Lake State Park where you can rent kayaks or jet-skis. Take a stroll along Cascade Head and see the views 12 miles north and south, with native birds and butterflies. Play Golf on 3 nearby courses, including Salsihan. Whether it is sight-seeing, outdoor recreation, or just relaxing, this location has it all!

This coastal getaway has the ocean and a year-round creek for wading, fishing and catching craw-dads. Located 7 miles north of Lincoln City, and 30 miles south of Tillamook, with a private beach known for low-winds and wave-swept sand. Wildlife viewing, deep-sea and river fishing, rafting, access to bike trails (rails-to-trails access), wine-tasting, and Casino entertainment provide many opportunities. Guests may also enjoy a good bike by the fire or on the warm, sunny and protected deck.

Fun with the Kids: Walk 1 block to the sandy beach with all your toys, climb Proposal Rock at low tide, see migrating whales and seasonal butterflies at the Cascade Head Conservancy. The Neskowin General Store and Hawk Creek cafe offer food and libations. Several nearby golf courses welcome families. Drive to Pacific City where you can park on the beach and Slide down Cape Kiwanda. The Oregon Coast Aquarium is located 30 miles south in Newport. Kites are welcome!
