This is a cozy little duplex with 1 bedroom and 1 bath. Newly refurbished it feels like new with comfortable, elegant decor. Located west of 41 just 2 blocks to gorgeous Nokomis Beach. A quick walk to Casey Key Convenience, Bentley's Ice Cream Parlor, Pelican Alley, and Pop's Sunset Grill. Publix supermarket, CVS, and post office are less than a mile. Free long distance phone, high speed internet, and cable TV is included. Everything from beach towels to blow dryers is supplied.
