Just steps from the prestigious 3rd Street with boutique shops, designer collections, quaint bistros & upscale dining. Five blocks from incredible white sand beaches and amazing sunsets. Championship golf course, scenic waterfronts and nature parks are nearby. This property has it all. Meticulously maintained house with a large living, dining, kitchen areas perfect for entertaining. Sophisticated interior design. Kitchen is equipped with top-name appliances and granite counter tops. The living and bedroom areas contain new furnishings and 42 inch plasma TVs. Each bedroom has a private bath. Master bedroom has a king, bedrooms 2 & 3 have Queen beds, 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. Exterior features an outdoor kitchen & private heated pool.
