Enjoy your screened in south-facing pool no matter what time of the year you visit. This vacation home is situated in the prestigious upscale golf course community of Highlands Reserve, just two blocks from the clubhouse. The community also includes tennis courts, a large community pool, and play areas.

This two-storey home is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath villa that is big enough for two families and ideal for vacations that include the kids, Mom and Dad, and the Grandparents. The home is comfortably furnished for your vacation enjoyment. We have a spacious two-storey living room with 27" TV with combined DVD and VCR player and there's a sofa bed there as well, fully equipped kitchen, and a formal dining area that seats up to 8 with a breakfast nook that seats 4. The house is fully furnished and has a full supply of towels and linens. It also has a laundry room downstairs with washer and dryer that comes in handy especially on those extended family stays. A computer and printer is provided for guests use with hi-speed internet access. There are 5 TV's, 3 VCR's and 2 DVD's. The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom downstairs with king-size bed, 20"TV with built-in DVD and VCR player, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom that includes his n' her vanities, walk-in-closet, bath, shower cubicle, toilet and wall-mounted hair-dryer. There is also a communal half-bathroom downstairs with single vanity and toilet while upstairs the second bedroom has a queen-size bed with 19" TV, computer, desk, chair, fax machine and wireless internet, and there are also two twin bedrooms upstairs - one has a 19"TV with built-in VCR while the other has a 14"TV. There is also a communal bathroom upstairs with his n' her vanities, toilet, bath with overhead shower and wall mounted hair-dryer. Out on the south-facing deck you will find a heatable electric pool, a covered lanai with ceiling fan, 1 table, 4 chairs, 2 recliners with foot stools and a lounger. There's also a pool blanket and the deck has a relatively private aspect with hedges to the left and right rear. The home sleeps up to 10 people. Turnday: Any.
