This 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom single-storey residence is located in the established community of Eagle Pointe and is the retreat your family has been dreaming about. The home has lots of character with volume ceilings, wall ledges and columns. As you walk in you will find a tiled entrance hallway with table. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast nook area that seats 4 and a formal dining room that seats 6. The living room has a 28" TV with combined VCR/DVD player, a 3-disc music player, a low partition wall with columns between it and the formal dining room, a sleeper sofa and ceiling fan with lights and direct access onto the pool deck. The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with queen size bed, 13 TV, ceiling fan with lights, and a volume ceiling while in the en-suite bathroom there is a oval-shaped bath, separate shower cubicle, 2 vanities, a toilet room and a walk-in-closet. The second bedroom has a full-size bed with ceiling fan and lights while the remaining two bedrooms are both twin bedrooms. There is a communal full bathroom located between the two twin bedrooms with a bath with overhead shower, single vanity and toilet and a half bathroom (powder room) with toilet and single vanity.
Out on the west-facing pool deck you will find a heatable electric pool, a covered lanai with ceiling fan and light, 4 chairs, 4 loungers and a round table. The pool deck is very private with fencing on all three sides. The home accommodates up to 10 people.
< Eagle Pointe is on Poinciana Boulevard, just 3 miles south off US Highway 192. It is an easy 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport, using just 3 main roads! Eagle Pointe is a safe community that is set in a peaceful protected wooded area with a pretty lakeside setting. It is a family oriented neighborhood ideally situated for a vacation that your family will cherish forever! Take your pick of all the specialty shops and restaurants along US Highway 192 and there is a 24-hour Wal-Mart that is 5 minutes away. Eagle Pointe is only a 12 minute drive to all of the Disney Parks and Downtown Disney and only 20 minutes to SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and International Drive with all of its attractions and restaurants.
Just a short drive takes you to I-4 and west to Busch Gardens, Tampa and the breathtaking beaches of Clearwater and St. Petersburg or east to Kennedy Space Center at Titusville and Daytona with its beaches and NASCAR.
