First opened to guests the summer of 2009, this picturesque property, set on 2.8 acres, includes a pebble beach, 75 ft stone/concrete dock with available fresh water and power, boat ramp, spacious lawn with large shady trees, large grass field perfect for outdoor games, outdoor stone fireplace, and three decks (one covered) to enjoy the sights and catch the cool bay breeze. Inside, you’ll find 2700 sq ft of living space, all tastefully renovated to the highest standards. Complimentary water toys include kayak, rowboat, windsurfer, fishing poles, life jackets, and snorkeling gear. Located a short distance from the tourist attractions of Newport, Jamestown, and Narragansett, this house is an ideal base for your Rhode Island vacation!

Inside, you’ll find 2700 sq ft of living space, all recently renovated to the highest standards. The spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and attractive cherry cabinets. Convenient appliances include refrigerator/freezer with ice/water dispenser, a double oven with warming drawer, ceramic glass cook top, dishwasher, microwave, hot water dispenser, coffee maker, and professional frozen drink machine. The expandable dining table seats eight. The air conditioned living room features a fireplace and hideaway stereo with mp3/iPod input to play your favorite music. Also available for guest use are a separate standalone ice maker, second refrigerator/freezer, washer and dryer, seafood boiler, and two stainless steel propane grills.

Upstairs, you’ll find four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master suite features queen bed, built-in dressers, double closets, two-person jetted tub, double shower, and air conditioning. Two bedrooms have double beds, and one bedroom has two twin beds. With the two available rollaways, total comfortable sleeping capacity is ten people. All bedrooms feature full closets, and two bedrooms feature full size dressers. Both upstairs bathrooms feature full tubs, showers, and stone counters.

We were afforded the opportunity to stay at this remarkable property because the owners generously offered a stay through an auction to benefit a local charity. We won the auction the 1st year and were so impressed we made a point to be the winning bidder again the next year.

Both of our stays at this property left my family and I with fond and lasting memories. We have travelled extensively and stayed at some of the world's top resorts and some extraordinary private homes and I would rate this property as one of the best I have ever seen.

The property is maintained in a flawless fashion. All furningings and equipment are top-quality and virtually new. The grounds are superb and the views are unequalled.

The owners are charming and delightful folks who will work hard to assure you a most satisfactory and memorable stay.

This property is beyond belief ... you will not be dissapointed.

Beautiful, comfortable and unique

The home is spacious, comfortable and stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay. This property is tastefully decorated and includes many special touches. The master bedroom suite is enormous, private and comfortable.

My children fished and went kyaking from the dock every day. It is a great spot for a family vacation.

With an open floor plan and a fully equiped kitchen, the home is perfect for entertaining. There's a large deck and an expansive yard that slopes down to the bay. The views from the property are breath taking.

This area of Rhode Island offers unlimited recreational opportunities on a year-round basis.

The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I can highly recommend this property.
