'You ARE at the Beach', Nautical Decor gives our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo an uplifting and relaxing atmosphere. Our 1,100 sq. ft. condo has been decorated with YOU in mind with casual, but updated furnishings. Sit on the balcony overlooking the large, heated swimming pool, New Smyrna Beach's beautiful beach and tranquil ocean waves. Enter through the fully-equipped kitchen and into 1 large, comfortable area including the kitchen with a counter space that seats 4; a dining table area that seats 4 to 6; and, then into the open living space! The balcony is off of the living room with a view of the pool, beach and ocean. Our four-story complex, that was freshly painted in 2008 is not too big, nor too small, for a fabulous family vacation. (Note: Our Ocean View Unit is in Oceanfront Property with a GREAT View!)

My family and I recently had a fabulous week at this condo! The unit was very clean, nicely deocorated, and had all the amenities of home but yet the relaxation of a vacation. The resort was also well maintained. The view from the balcony was great, both the pool and the ocean. We would definitely recommend it to our friends and hope to go again next year.
